People who help us

The children had group discussions and decided that Police, Fire, Postman, Paramedics and Dentists all help us. A child also said that Vets help our Pets when they are poorly and diggers help us build houses!

A digger from our local neighhbour on Felixstowe Road, Ardent visited the Nursery. The children had lots of fun exploring the digger, they spoke about how the digger works and the different parts on the digger.  The children lined up patiently and had a turn sitting on the digger which was very exciting.

The staff at Play Out Ipswich arranged a visit from a local Police Lady. Hannah visited the Nursery and enabled the children to look at equipment Police use. The children were able to try on vests, coats and hats! Hannah spoke to the children about how Police can help children and all about road safety.
