Last week the children made their own bird feeders to put out this week to encourage the birds to come to our very noisy garden.

This activity was really good for those pre writing skills such as hand and finger strength, hand eye coordination, crossing the mid-line (cross their arms to the other side of their body) and using both hands together which will help them once they get to school holding that paper still whilst they write/draw.
